Patrick Kelly (or PK as he is more commonly known) joined the Starcircle journey in late 2021 after spending almost seven years at Web Summit scaling the People Operations Team from the ground up.

Kyle Ijichi

Senior Engineering Recruiter, Former Netflix/Github/Google

Kyle’s career began in 2006, starting with a part time role at a small biotech hardware startup which progressed to full time roles across the organisation. He joined Google 2011 which took him to California and other companies in Silicon Valley, where Kyle built his career at mostly medium to large companies, scaling up engineering teams across offices globally.

After transitioning to remote working in 2017, Kyle rejoined the startup world in 2021 at Carta, where he reshaped hiring processes for its specialised engineering teams, and also built an entire office from the ground up in India. 

Kyle is passionate about using quantitative and qualitative data to streamline and ultimately grow organisations while also creating systems of checks and balances.
