Patrick Kelly (or PK as he is more commonly known) joined the Starcircle journey in late 2021 after spending almost seven years at Web Summit scaling the People Operations Team from the ground up.

Today, Patrick utilises his knowledge and experience acquired as a HR Business Partner to compliment his passion for people, problem-solving, and creativity. These qualities provide the perfect foundation upon which our Sourcing Lab will be built.

Siobhan Sweeney

Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Leader, HubSpot

Siobhan joined Allied Irish Bank in 2006 and held a number of complex transformational roles within the group, including Diversity & Inclusion Lead.

From January 2020, Siobhan completed a secondment from AIB to the Open Doors Initiative (ODI) where she worked as Director of Development, providing opportunities to marginalised members of society.

In October 2021, Siobhan joined HubSpot as a Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging lead. Siobhan’s role includes partnering with Global Leaders to develop and execute on org- specific action plans that help accomplish company D,I&B goals.

I have so many positives with Starcircle.
